Marc grew up in Bothell, WA where he graduated from Bothell High School. There he played second base and cornerback for the Cougar’s baseball and football teams. He attended Central Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Training.
Marc’s training interests will always be in athletic strength and conditioning but finds training clients with functional constraints or co-morbidities to be very rewarding. He continues to fill his toolbox with new training techniques and loves continuing his education in the science of function and movement.
Marc spends his free time with his wife Roxanne and his three sons, Kaesen, Zander and Gage. They love to be outdoors and active by way of camping, hiking, bike rides or at the park. Marc is also interested in the art of brewing craft beer.
