Natalie, a local to the Yakima Valley, grew up as a country girl in Harrah. She attended Riverside Christian School where she participated in both volleyball and track. In volleyball she was named to the All-State Team and contributed to earning several state trophies. In track she was named Athlete of The Week two separate years and accumulated fifteen state medals throughout her four-year high school career. She continued to run on an NCAA track and field scholarship as a long jumper and 400 meter hurdler for Seattle Pacific University. Natalie graduated with a B.S. from SPU with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Natalie loves to work with youth and has been a volleyball coach for several years in local volleyball clubs as well as a coach for nearly 10 years with the Yakima Youth Track camp each summer. Her training interests include injury prevention, sports performance and conditioning, and corrective exercise training.
In the future, Natalie aspires to be involved more in depth with high level athletes and teams, specifically focusing on sport-specific movement analysis and injury prevention through functional three-dimensional agility, balance and strength training.
Natalie loves to spend her free time running, horse riding, hiking, biking, playing piano, trying new sports, and helping leading a Life Group and worship team at Yakima Foursquare Church.

I work with Erin at Pro Motion and she is a great support, motivator and wealth of knowledge when I have questions. She is very patient and keeps me focused. I started with physical therapy on the PT side of this business about 18 months ago for about two... months with a back injury that had me nearly bedridden for several weeks.
